Resposibilities
Lead world-class client service, ensuring proactive communication and satisfaction.
Develop and implement personalized client onboarding strategies.
Collaborate with clients to create tailored marketing strategies aligned with their goals.
Monitor campaign performance and provide insights for optimization.
Maintain regular communication with clients, managing expectations and addressing concerns.
Oversee project timelines and budgets, collaborating with Marketing and Web Teams.
Mentor and lead a team of Account Managers, ensuring they have necessary support.
Stay updated on industry trends, continuously improving processes and strategies.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience: Proven experience in managing clients and customer communication.
Technical Skills: Proficient in tools like Canva, Email Marketing Platforms, CRMs, Meta Platforms (Content and Ads), LinkedIn (Content and Ads), Google Ads, and Programmatic Ads.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
Leadership: Experience in leading teams, mentoring, and collaborating cross-functionally.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.
Time Management: Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
